In short: A great race! In full: A beautiful warm & sunny day and a great route. I knew about the 2 mile hill but didn't quite believe it until I ran it! It's tough but worth the effort! I would prefer a medal over a thermal neck warmer though. Date of review: October 21, 2011

In short: Brilliant must-do race In full: My second time at this event. Weather was warm and sunny this year. Hilly route but doesn't pretend to be anything else. Very friendly and welcoming event. Well organised. Thanks to Perth Road Runners for a great day out. Date of review: May 16, 2010

In short: Tough climbs and great views. A real change from the norm In full: If you want something that is not just the running the streets of another town that look a lot like the last urban half marathon you did, this is for you. The location is within a hour's drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh so is well in reach of the Central Belt's runners. The weather was glorious and a gentle breeze cooled us as we toiled up the tough hills to appreciate the fantastic views that combine to make this Hellish and Heavenly. The horns and halos of the Perth RR marshalls were a nice touch to the excellent organisation of this event Date of review: April 12, 2010
