In short: Great run!! Flat but hard. What really made it were the cheerful marshalls -even though they must have been cold they had a cheery clap and cheer for us all - BRILLIANT!!!

In short: Good route, good weather & good pace
In full: After missing the last couple because of injury it was a pleasure to get back on this course. As ever it was crowded at the start but settled down very quickly. Good pace (thanks Stuart) got me a reasonable time.

In short: Fantastically supportive marshalls :o) Great Race!
In full: Everyone was really supportive and patient with those of us a little slower in pace. They were also tremendously great when I had to pull injured. Definately want to try again next year! Fantastically organised, great value and the sweatshirt is definately worth it!

In short: Superb Half Marathon
In full: A little intimidating to be waiting for the loo listening to all the club runners who seem to know everyone. That might have more to do with having not run in 7months previously.Marshalls were superb obviously runners not just volunteers.Great course, very relaxed friendly race & makes a PB extremely possible.Forget the GR8 North this is an unspoilt, well organised run/race.

In short: Very well organised as usual. Be extra quick applying next year!!
In full: My first half of the year, as always, a really good guage on how things are going to go regarding 2006 racing. That lasy mile always seams the longest! A special touch at the presentation after, with the race video. Well done Knavesmire harriers.
