In short: Great organisation, friendly marshals, a good route & pretty good support make this an enjoyable experience!
In full: My first time at this local race, I can't believe I've not known about it before... Will be back next year better prepared to run a PB as should be possible on this course. Would be interesting to see if the route is any faster in reverse though...

In short: Slick organisation, good course, but heavy traffic in places
In full: The course is slightly undulating although none of the climbs are really taxing. Fairly difficult stretch from about 7 to 9K, but great downhill finish. Some roads are heavily trafficked, which is a little unnerving. Very good PB. Nice technical running top. Would definitely do it again.

In short: Slick, fast race - great T-Shirt - recommended
In full: Loads of parking, great facilities and hardly any queues for toilets!

Course was fine - no where near as much traffic as I though - even on 507 wasnt too bad. Enough hills to keep it interesting - make sure you know where they are and you should be on for a fast race.

Lots of club runners but excellent for beginners too.

Will do again next year - thanks NHRR

In short: Fast & friendly 10k for all abilities
In full: One of RW's top 50 races with good reason. 23 years of experience means that NHRR have ironed out any issues with this PB potential road race long ago. The organisation is superb and the marshals extremely supportive. The technical shirt is a really useful souvenir - much preferred over medals or cotton tees.
Thank you NHRR - see you next year.
