In short: can't imagine a faster course (subject to the weather). good for spectators. dull scenery unless you have a thing for the sea.

In short: If you want a PB then start right at the front, otherwise you'll get held up with the crowds for the first mile. Very flat, very fast, plenty of water stations. Crowds in last mile spur you on. Rather have a stick of rock than a medal next year !

In short: Good race with improved facilities and feed stations from last year.
In full: This years route was opposite way round to last years, which resulted in a slight crush and slowing down at the start. Musn't grumble though, as I knocked twelve minutes off last years time. So I'll probably be back next year.

In short: Another su cessful event on the coast.
In full: Only one water station, rubbish, two on each lap, thus making it four overall plus the finsh bottles, what race were you all at. Sea Breeze, well it is February. If you want near perfect conditions every time you race, I doubt whether you will get them. The event was 47% up on 2004, 82% up on 2003 (Leyalnd, old course) can't be bad. Course accurate, measured by NoEAA for accuracy, just b....y fast course really.
