In short: 2 years bad weather, but a great flat 10 miler with some nice views
In full: Last year hail, this year sub zero, but both have been pb's for me dispite the 2 u-turns and a good friendly competition! Nice views of the portsmouth coastline too. Really good 10 mile race!

In short: Well run, low key race.
In full: I agree with the Chris below. PB potential, but just a bit too twisty (there are two u-turns) for a really fast one. A warmer day would certainly help too! But all-in-all a very good event.

In short: No fuss 10 miler
In full: Well organized. No fuss, friendly marshals and a nice medal to finish off. Very flat but probably a bit twisty for a PB. There was one section (the first long switchback) where runners shared the road with cars. Apart from that the course was mostly car free.
Worth the effort to get there - well done.

In short: Excellent low-key, well organised fast & flat course with good scenery
In full: Although am somewhat biased as the race route takes me past my beach hut and so regularly train over the course, really enjoyed it today. Very cold but not much wind so conditions not too bad and ran faster than at Cabbage Patch few ago weeks on which the UK record was set so potentially very fast on a slightly warmer day.

In short: Simple and unfussy, very well organised race. Well done to the marshals who must have been very cold. Be back next year...
