In short: Very cold and very wet but a great race as usual.
In full: The coffee and cakes at the finish were a sight for sore eyes after this years race. It was so cold and so wet, I never thought i would thaw out. The marshalls, as ever did a absolutely brilliant job standing around for hours on end in those awful conditions. Thanks very much to all of them!

In short: Very high standard with many good club runners.
In full: My first time and really enjoyed it despite the rain.I always feel that if it was a football match all the players would turn up so there is no excuse for runners. Mind you I was attracted by the cakes but never saw them. Where were they?

In short: wet
In full: Well organised race. Despite the weather knocked 6 minutes off last year's time. Best race tshirt ever, long sleeves and design very much appreciated - one to be worn with pride and not added to the pile to be worn for DIY. fantastic spread of cakes even for the later finishers

In short: Wet, wet, wet, wet, wet Oh and did i mention it was wet
In full: Great race, would have liked to run it in better weather. I thought we were mad running in those conditions, but i take my hat off to the marshalls and spectators standing there in bloody cold and wet conditions. The long sleeved 't' shirt was a nice touch, but only having a choice of small or medium when you are over 6ft 4 isnt much use. (i'm sure people would prefer a slightly larger shirt than smaller, so next time possibly order more large or XL). That was my only very small gripe, on what was a well organised event.
Thanks again

In short: Score might have doubled if the weather was nicer!!
In full: The scenery is great, and the course is pretty good. Unfortunately the weather was horrible and spoiled what i'm sure is a lovely event. Nice long sleeved tee shirt.

In short: I echo the comments of the other eviews...
In full: Very well marshalled course and fair play to them for standing there cheering people on in the awful weather...good changing facilities and parking, nice route with PB potential....shame bout the weather but you cant predict that!! I finished just under 1hr 30 mins and I missed the tea and cakes, probably wasnt looking in the right direction... ;0(
Nice T-shirt xcept there were no larges there when I finshed, a minor gripe, great race...
