In short: I haven't enjoyed a run so much for so long. Not for the faint hearted, but great atmosphere and friendly club feel. Superb!

In short: You wait all year for that special race, not the gentle plod through undulating country roads but the race that will tax you, beat you, try to break you and even makes you cry and this is it.. l'l be back..will you?

In short: starts easy but watch for the four big hills, each one steeper than the last. Final hill striaght from "tough guy" - many backsides hit the mud on the descent here ! Pity I ran out of energy at 10 miles.
