In short: I was looking forward to the first part on woodland trails but maybe because of the weather it was on road.Very steep ones at that! Nevertheless I hung on and did a PB probably as it was nice and cool after the rain.

In short: Hilly, Picturesque and Well Organised
In full: Beautiful scenery, even in the clouds. Loads of marshalls, great organisation. A must-do race - congrats to the organisers.

In short: Hard, Hilly and very rewarding
In full: Really enjoyed the race, the hills were tough but such a good feeling at the finish. I thought the long sleeve t shirt was an excellent memento of the day. Thanks to the organisers.

In short: Tough race but very enjoyable.
In full: A couple of killer hills, but plenty of downhills to recover. Even some lovely mud to splash through - top race.
