In short: Great race, lovely location, superb organisation, fab chocolate too In full: What a great race. It was easy to find, parking was good and well organised, good facilities, amazingly flat course with some interest in West Camel. But the best bit was, of course, the Easter Egg at the end (and the fab t-shirt this year).
Despite feeling a bit under the weather I took well over a minute off my pb, so good all round.
Thanks for a great race Yeovil. Date of review: April 16, 2007

In short: Good fun, and the calories in the chocolate egg almost perfectly balance the ones burnt off! In full: I did one of the 5k races organised by the Yeovil RRC last year and was encouraged by the experience to return for the Easter Bunny. The distance is ideal for a newbie - challenging for a relative beginner, but far enough to justify the trip - whilst the flat course enables you to keep to your own suitable pace and the atmosphere is friendly.
