In short: I've run it 12 times in both its' forms - in snow, rain and glorious sun (more commonly!). Add 3/4 hour to your road time, enjoy the pipers music, hills, views & atmosphere. Oh, there are 12 Seven Sisters, Honest!

In short: Can't believe I waited 17 years to do it again!
In full: A tough day out on the Downs, with places for runners, joggers and walkers - and a very laid-back atmosphere. Ran the whole thing without looking at Mr.Watch once - and considering the distance-markers numbered one ("About half-way"), this was about scenery, slopes and sea-air, not minutes and seconds. A very satisfying race!
