In short: See below ! In full: Pretty decent course, but in 2001 at least the organisation was a real shambles - race number received the day before, despite entering months in advance on the net, results took 6 weeks, (and then just a copy of the local paper), no energy drinks for first 14 miles despite being advertised as being at every other station etc. Good atmosphere for first half, (as with all big races i guess), but second half very quiet. Might have improved a bit (hopefully) since 2001, and I'd probably do it again for the course, (especially with no full potteries marathon next year). Date of review: September 1, 2004
