In short: Well organised - lots of marshalls. Varying terrain - one wooded srction - a couple of small climbs. Relatively enjoyable and informal race.

In short: A very friendly local race
In full: Quite a challenging course, with lots of long inclines. I found the weather hot and humid, and was sweating when just doing a jogging warm up.
Exellent organisation, with friendly helpful marshalls and police.
This is one of my favourite 10Ks.

In short: Very friendly and well organised
In full: Enjoyed this one. Not as hilly as led to believe and only 11 secs short of PB. Good turnout from local unattached runners and smattering of quality club runners. Extremely well marshalled and encouraged by them all the way round. A definite for next year.

In short: Nice, friendly race
In full: Don't know whether it was the humid weather or just me (probably me !!) but found this quite hard going. Overall I enjoyed it though !

In short: Well organised, small running field, held down quiet country lanes
In full: My first race in UK for 19 years. Well organised with good support from local police. Humid and warm so short section offroad through treed area gave welcome relief. If you believe the distance then I got a new PB by several minutes. According to my HRM it was 280m short which would explain the PB and better than expected times from others
