In short: Great race, great experience. Very hard hills
In full: Lots of hills up and down, great location, well organised too.
But still good for beginners , if you can do this then a flat 10k will seem a piece of cake afterwards. Great feeling of achievement afterwards.

In short: The hills, the hills!
In full: Another excellent event from bugruns. The course was very challenging:) but great fun. Well marshalled, good organisation and a nice medal at the end. Would highly recommend this event, just make sure you get your hill training in.
