In short: Brilliant
In full: My first half marathon, and loved every minute of it. Managed to smash the 2hr target, so really happy. I heard a few PB's were hit this year. Congrats to all involved in organisation.
Will be back next year!!!

In short: Less of Hill more of Mountain!
In full: Great race overall. Really enjoyed it. The only draw back was being rationed to a cup of sports drink, only to see 14 year old handing them out guzzling three whole bottles! Great atmosphere. That hill hurts for one and a half miles. Just when you think you are up it, you turn a corner and find you are half way up!! Great sense of achievement and moral booster. Great goodie bag at end. Nice touch free bannanas and oranges by Sainsbury's at finish. Good spirit amoungst runners, especially at 'the hill'.

In short: Fantastic scenery and enough hills to challenge. Shame there was a drinks station half way up the mile-long Fordcombe hill to break any rhythm! Excellent marshals and crowd support.

In short: Well organised, great scenery, Fordcombe Hill creates a good challenge, friendly atmosphere, plenty of fruit at end, & good medal. Great race.
In full: Well organised. Great scenery. Fordcombe Hill just after half way round creates a good challenge. Good friendly atmosphere. Plenty of fruit at end and good goody bag. Plus nice medal. My first Half Marathon. Would definitely recommend it to beginners or seasoned runners
