In short: Flat ,fast , friendly, fab,
In full: Left watch at home (by mistake!), started off too slowly then caught a group running at my pace but overdid it & suffered the last 2 miles. One of the worst races I've done, personally, but a great atmosphere with a friendly bunch of northerners!. The course is flat with PB potential, I missed out on mine by 9 seconds. Will be back at Guys 10 in three weeks with my watch on, PB watch out!

In short: The course is set up for fast times
In full: Any inclines/declines are gradual and the course is set up for fast times. The marshalls are all friendly and the event ran very well. The mug at the end was a nice touch.

In short: Excellent race - fast and very friendly
In full: Really excellent 10 mile race - flat, well organised and friendly and supportive marshalls. Perfect running conditions made it a really enjoyable morning and made even better by taking 3 and half minutes off my pb.

In short: cracking race!
In full: this was my big shot at going sub 60 and the course was meant to be flat and fast and it is fast but not entirely flat, there are two very slight climbs (both run twice as its a two lapper). Organization was smooth, atmosphere was good, support and marshaling were good. Nice mug and a gel at the end.
I ran 58:59 job done!!! ;)
