In short: Well organised race
In full: This was a very well organised race right from pre-race parking to marshalling during the race and friendly atmosphere after. The momento in the shape of mug is a nice touch.

A special thanks to the marshalls who kept the flow of runner going despite car traffic in places.

As for PB? I cut 8 minutes off my prevous of 74.

Where's next year's entry form?

In short: Solid PB-able Race
In full: Some minor inclines, but still very PB-able course;
Good value for money, especially with nice navy blue mug!
Would do again if I wanted another crack at my 10M PB

In short: Good Flat PB course
In full: Good marshalling, great weather and a PB course. The PB course meant what you gained in speed, you had to compromise on scenery so the route wasn't very inspiring, especially the second lap of the dual carriageway. But for the speed freaks, this is definitely the race to run.

In short: Speedy 2-lapper around Preston villages
In full: Enjoyed this. Very flat with only a couple of gentle inclines so a real PB course although it can be a little tricky to overtake on the pavement by the dual carriageway.

The runners seemed to be of a very good standard overall and there were some tremendous times recorded. The marshalls had their work cut out but they did well and were cheerful and supportive generally.

The memento was a mug which is nice enough but it was a shame that it didn`t say the name of the race on it.

A really good race for runners chasing a time as the end of the year approaches.
