In short: Hilly and awful weather, lots of puddles! But overall a good race.

In short: A tough course in awful weather
In full: The marshals were wonderful. The weather awful. The flooded parts of the course were hated by us 4 hour runners. My ownly gripe was that my time was wrongly recorded and though I left a message with Jacinta, the race organiser, I am yet to receive a response! Perhaps those runners taking longer than 4 hours are of less importance?!

In short: a challenging course but well worth it
In full: This is one of the most challenging races around especially in the rain and wind. The fact that it is a two lap course does not help. But the organisation is like clockwork, the marshalls are friendly and encouraging, the course is scenic and the long sleeve wicking top was fantastic I will be back next year wether I am doing the marathon or not!

In short: Tough and wet, but worthwhile
In full: Many thanks to the terrific marshalls, who kept me going, despite the fact that I ran a full fifteen minutes longer than my pb. A horrible day, but I guess that with the sun shining I might have enjoyed the undulations and the view.

In short: Challenging run in terrible weather with flooding on some parts of the course. Thanks to the marshalls who cencouraged us along the way. The head wind on the home straight was the biggest challenge.s

In short: The weather didn't play ball but I really rated the organisation and friendly feeling. A challenging race I would definitely do again. The race shirt was great as well - a proper long sleeve technical top.
