In short: Fast out, slow back
In full: Lovely run in the North Downs. Deceptively fast first 5k, and deceptively slow last 5k. I thought I was on for a big PB by 6k, then it all slowed down as we trudged back uphill. Very nice village event, will be back next year!

In short: If it asn't for the last pesky hill I would've had a PB, was nice to get a medal from Dame Kelly Holmes though, and the course was nice and challenging...

In short: A good race asking a few more questions of your fitness than a flat 10k. Lovely village community feel to it.

In short: A challenging 10k with a wonderful village atmosphere
In full: This course is definetely undulating with lots of uphill in the latter half of the race. The organisers warned runners that the downhill immediately after the start was the uphill immediately before the end but that didn't make it any easier - it was tough and you would be challenged to get a pb on this course.

This race has a lovely village feel to it, starting and finishing at the village green with lots of local support manning the bbq etc. Great to see Kelly Holmes there supporting a local event, handing out the finisher medals and signing race numbers etc.

All in all a good race, well organised and one to look out for next year.
