In full: good atmosphere, lots of runners (very slow and fast runners). all here to enjoy the scenery. i am a slow runner and i managed to do it in under 5 hours. its a tough course, very hilly. if you are a beginner, train well and take your time. YOU TOO CAN DO IT. hope to see you next year.

In short: A hilly and exciting course for my first marathon. Friendly marshalls with well-stocked water/aid stations. They took great care of us back-of-packers. Brilliant tee shirt, medal and goody bag.
