In short: A good race to end the year with.
In full: An undulating course through generally scenic lanes (except boring loops through housing estate at the start). Organisation is good. Toilets weren't ideal. Nice memento. Good times are possible (if you aren't suffering with illness like I was along with many others). Will be hoping to be in better shape for another try next year.

In short: Interesting course!
In full: Started off a bit un-promising having to run around housing estates and some very narrow footpaths but once out on the open road, it proved to be a good run with some challenging inclines to-boot!
The iffy route through the housing estates (albeit they were very nice and not as dodgy as where I live!!)is more than compensated by the excellent organisation and good facilities at the start and finish.
The momento was nice too!

In short: Usually local Xmas Fat buster 10 miler in the country
In full: Nice race again this year still don't like the first mile through the 'Brookside' close too quick. Must slow down first mile ;). Great atmosphere apart from the cock who was elbowing people out the way after 4 miles. One of our club won it so good day all round. I sweated out my xmas excess and got a course record (personal not actual !) no pb but not fit. Glad to see back of 2008. More 2009 PBs :)
