In short: just because the weather is out of anyone's control doesn't mean the turn point is too! In full: The day licence fee seemed to change moments before registration commenced, at which point we were handed our memento t-shirts, if I knew then what I know now, I'd have stayed in bed that Sunday morning. The Dock was filthy, and the wind on the course was gale force, which it often is on Llanelli waterfront and both things are out of the hands of the organisers. The turn point on the run was messed about, even though it clearly said on the pre event blurb that the turn point is at the dragon roundabout and that it was a 2 lap run leg. To be handed a bunch of leaflets and a banana at the finish was an insult to the training time people put in for this. Date of review: August 18, 2011

In short: What a disaster, The turnaround point on a 2 lap run must be one of the most important duties on a run, to get that wrong is criminal, did nobody check that the marshalls each understood their duties? We came from London to get a void result gutting Date of review: June 1, 2011

In short: No excuses - it was a shambles. In full: I organise an event and really don't like to criticise but this was my first triathlon and leaving with a "null & void" result was very disappointing. This is not the first time that events ( Llanelli half marathon / Wales Marathon )organised but this group have had organisational problems. Date of review: May 23, 2011

In short: would be good if organisation was better. In full: Where to start. 1. Told £2 licence would be needed then charged £8 ? 2.The run was a shambles marshall's sent runners the wrong way. 3. Goody bag had 2 leaflets and energy bar. 4. No Medal This was my first Triathlon and was happy to finish but left a little disappointed. Date of review: May 22, 2011
