In short: fantastic race
In full: Great organisation, all the marshalls were smiling all day - even the ones directing us to the car park were happy. Tough course, but I'm so glad I did it.

In short: Do This Race!
In full: Well worth getting organised to do this race.
Lowther/Haweswater valley is slightly off the beaten track (but only slightly) and is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.
The organisation/marshalling etc was perfect, and the "hills" were more like steady inclines - I reckon if you trained on similar inclines you could probably get quite close to a PB on this course!
Now I have a "course PB" I deffo intend to come back in the future :o)

In short: great race, fantastic scenery and very friendly
In full: A bit hilly, but for every hill there is a downhill absolutely beautiful scenery take your paints and easel and knock off a masterpiece while you run! Just a quick bit of praise to all the runners actually. I was at the back, (i'm not very quick) and I saw very few people that could run, walking obviously well trained and motivated. The atmosphere was friendly the marshals were great as was the entire village. A great race that I'll look forward to doing again.
