In short: Mud glorious mud
In full: They promised hills and mud and that is what we got plus a bit of rain just to make the course a tad more slippery. A tough race with obstacles, slides, mud, hills, mud, water, mud oh and a few more hills. The mud sucked some trainers off. A great challenge and something completely different from pounding boring ole tarmac. Faultless organisation by Votwo. Many thanks to the friendly farmer who's land it is. Def do again at Bridport and also going to do the Kamikaze Final Sortie in East Sussex

In short: Hard!!!!
In full: This is a tough run, and I do mean tough. The hills really do take it out of you and the mud, well I'm just glad I watched Bear Grylls, so I knew how to escape the sucking mud pools. One poor guy was running with only one shoe, having been lost in the mud.
This is a tough run, and I felt it. Good atmosphere, lovely location, and the rain, well it just made it muddy, slippy and slidey!
