In short: 10k Cross Country Sand Styles River Forest Hills you name it (oh not much mud)
In full: Not for the unfit lol....tough old course add about 6-10 mins on your normal 10k but good fun and lots of Lucozade freebees. You have to queue for some of the styles it's just like a summer XC but then again I like XC. The next week I went up Ben Nevis/Scafel/Snowdon so this was flat ;)

In short: Brilliant! Good work on this one Blakedown, thanks to everyone involved
In full: A good crack on a Friday night (was unsure about this at first!), loved the course, village fete atmosphere was fun and the marshalls & support were excellent. It was really nice to be able to race, have pleanty of stuff for family & friends to do then chill with a few beers afterwards. Happy with a top 20 finish, back again next year with the added bonus of knowing the course!

In short: Having taken part in this event before, I knew what I was in for! I found it more difficult this year, though this was due to lack of training!! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will certainly be back next year!! I

In short: Still a favourite
In full: This was my second time at the Bolt and like the first time I really enjoyed the race; it has a really good atmosphere.
The finish is really good and you can hear the spectators cheering before you get back to the finish area.

In short: Very enjoyable
In full: Great race, very well organised and marshalled, excellent atmosphere. Looking forward to next year. Thanks to all involved, especially those who cut down all the long grass and nettles - it was almost a jungle in places before the event!
