In short: Great well-organised race with good facilities available
In full: Being covered with snow & ice, I gather the race was all set to be postponed, however the race organisers did all they could to clear and grit the paths and with a little luck with the weather the ice had thawed out by Sunday morning making for great, quick race conditions.

The organisation was great. The stewards were fantastically supportive giving the fact they were standing in almost zero degree temperatures.

Nice to finish on an athletics track and even nicer to have a warm, clean changing room with hot drinks available to thaw out in on a cold winter's day.

In short: Excellent race, well organised by ESM - they know what they're doing.
In full: So lucky with the weather! Snow and ice gone, and the mildest day in weeks. Great goody bag for a value race. My 5th consecutive year, but my times are going backwards. Next year though....

In full: Who would have thought running down Ruislip Rd East could be so much fun. Seriously though, the course isn't particularly inspiring as it twists and turns half on the pavement and half on park paths. Good finish on the Perivale track. Ealing, Southall and Middlesex is a very friendly club and the organisation and marshaling was excellent. Flat as a pancake so fast times possible despite the twists and turns. Great to have access to clean toilets and showers (and a cup of tea) in the clubhouse before/after. Definitely worth supporting.
