In short: Well organised, a couple of challenging hills, great goody bag In full: I always expect my usual 10k time plus up to 5 minutes; I never managed those hills without a short walk. The Ron Hill T-shirt was a welcome bonus...great value. Date of review: October 1, 2006

In short: Great Event, very friendly, couple of nasty hills In full: Most of the comments have already been made, particularly the only drinks station being half way up a steep hill!
Earlier post mentioned possibility of it being a tad short. My GPS read 55m short, but that makes it well within the tolerance of unit. Date of review: September 27, 2006

In short: Great 10k. Really well organised and interesting course. In full: This was my first 10k run. Excellent organisation meant that everyone knew where to go. Good support from marshalls and a live brass band!! It is an interesting course; very scenic although 2 long hills, one right at the end. Great goody bag with technical t-shirt. Will be back next year!!! Date of review: September 24, 2006

In short: Scenic, hilly - but fast. Great t-shirt. Needs one more water station. In full: Nice scenery. Quite a few hills, but some long downhill sections make them worth it. Only one water station at about 6-7Kish - could have done with one more water station a wee bit earlier. Great t-shirt. Very friendly. Very good value. Date of review: September 24, 2006
