In short: Well organised
In full: Only my second half marathon, but enjoyed it well enough.
The start was well organised with plenty of room to get through. Plenty of loos too!
There were ample water stations, but no gel shots left (nor at the end). Why do slower runners always get penalised with this when we pay our money the same as everyone???

In short: Well organised and vey good support
In full: Well organised with plenty of drink stations, good time pens at the start. A few hills the one at the end was challenging but acomplishable, atmosphere was great and the finishing stright was absolutly increadible. Overall enjoyed the course.
Only grip was i used the park and ride and after the walk to get my bag i didnt know where i was i relation to getting the coach back and niether did a lot of other people. Thankfully a fellow runner came to my aid and gave me a lift to my car for which i am eternally gratefull and if he reads this then just to say "thankyou so much your a life saver"!!!

In short: Excellent half-marathon in a fantastic city!
In full: A great event, excellent crowd support & great marshalls, and I got a P.B. It's all good. Fortunately the weather was excellent, if not then the walk to the baggage storage point would have been an issue. Am looking forward to next year's run - hope the route goes under the clock like we did in the Marathon...

In full: It was quite a warm day and I thought it was particularly cruel to have the route go past several very nice pubs! Good local turn out that kept you going - especially the woman with the hosepipe! Excellent organisation at the end which kept you moving. That last half a mile hmmm.... Well it's not meant to be a walk in the park is it?

In short: Better course last year but well worth the money
In full: Last years course was flatter and had more PB potential. It was nice to finish in the town centre though. Energy gel half way and plently of water stations. It's well worth the money, technical tshirt and a medal (and a bag of Haribo!). Great atmosphere.
