In short: A good, fast course, shame i had too many beers the day before!1
In full: Definate PB potential but i didn't exactly prepare the best way! Only complaint would be the lack of portaloos, and the awkward security guards in the adjacent shopping centre stopping runners from using the toilets there.

In short: A flat fast course
In full: not very scenic, as it is mainly main roads and shopping areas, but it is flat and the promise of a fast time is there. Unusual memento adds to the occasion to.

In short: Great all round club race
In full: I actually got a PW (personal worst!) as I'm out of practice but that didn't spoil it at all. Lots of club runners but plenty of people at the back with slowcoaches like me as well, and every I met was very friendly. Marshalls were the best I've ever experienced in a race - pointed out the route, stopped traffic at roundabouts and very encouraging. Chip timing good, towel and flowers lovely touch. As others have mentioned could do with a few more portaloos though.

In short: A well-organised race on an interesting course
In full: This race has enough variety for to suit runners of all abilities. The three M-way bridges in the second half are testing if you attack them but overall it's a fast course that will yield PBs.

In short: Excellent Race, Thoroughly Enjoyed It!
In full: Good course, excellent marshalling and nice unusual memento at the end. I liked the flowers, too!
Only small whinge - more portaloos would have been good - that was one long queue for a pee before the start!
