In short: Would be a great course in cooler weather.
In full: This was a lovely race on a very nice course - a couple of tough hills, but some decent downhill spells too. The heat was a killer but having 2 water stations really helped. I've never been given an engraved glass as a souvenir before so was very impressed!

In short: Enjoyable and challenging
In full: Thanks to the organisers and the marshalls who did a fantastic job on a very hot day.I was pleased to see the extra water station at 7k. An enjoyable run which I'd do again, although I did find the final hill near the end difficult.

In short: Well organised and Marshalled. Location found very easily and parking available. Course challenging but good, I achieved my PB of 49 mins which surprised me bearing in mind several good hills.

In short: well organised, quite challenging course, great glass and goody bag.
In full: As one of the slower runners at the back I didn't have much company in this race. The weather was not ideal for running or anything else for that matter but that is not controllable.

In short: Great race on a challenging course.
In full: Always nice to get a good souvenir, the wine glass will make a good memento. Good friendly race with everything you want: Accurate KM markers, friendly plentiful marshalling, enough water stations (2+finish), banana in goody bag, good scenery (the green is a great place to congregate for the start). I'm sure the hill up Hobs Hole Lane (8-9km) has been lengthened from the last time I ran up it! Thanks ARC.

In short: Very hot and the run in between 7 - 9k made harder by the heat. That said I would say the best goody bag I have had in a long while and excellent organisation.
