In short: Well organised and nice location. Course was good, although the hilly bit at the end was a killer.

In short: Well organised race.
In full: A few inclines under/over motorway bridges but still a good course for pushing a PB.

In short: Far to hilly to be called flat
In full: Supposed to be a flat and fast course-to say it's flat is a con as there are about five hills in it.
It should be classed as undulating to say the least. Definately not a pb course. There were plenty of marshals though and a good support in a couple of places.
