In short: Undulating but fast course
In full: Yes, there are a few undulations but there are plenty of places to pick up speed... you just need to check out the course profile and then make the most of the downhill bits... definate pb course with the right strategy... the finish is lower than the start and there is a long stretch downhill between 6-8k which is where most people fade in a 10k... also not traffic free which is a bit annoying when idiot drivers try to drive into you...
Lots of support at the finish... but didn't get to have any of the homemade cake.. always next year though

In short: Few small hills, PB potential
In full: Undulating course. There is a steep hill near the end but it's not long, so not that bad. Definate PB potential. Been trying to get my PB down for ages at this distance and managed to take almost 3 minutes off!
