In short: "26 miles 385 yards of agony & ecstacy" They weren't kidding on the former!
In full: Actually I did this one in 1998 but the years on this system don't go back that far.
As if the climbs weren't enough, this particular weekend Wales was battered & flooded by storms. Thus, between miles 12 & 21 we were running directly into a hideously strong wind. Respite at mile 21 then ? Not likely! I'm sure I don't need to remind anyone who has run this race what happens at mile 21!

In short: One of the greatest races I've ever done, the atmosphere was the best I've felt there was a real buzz at the start I'll be back next year.

In short: You can run London, Paris , New york every year (which is always great fun) - but to feel you have really "run" a marathon try Snowdonia - when you finish you know you have run a proper 26.2M race. Best in the world !
