In short: Absolutely fabulous race, well organised and very friendly feel from both runners and marshals alike. Use of showers at end and goody bag. Lovely small scale race not yet overtaken by the profit making side of things. (ps 2005 but no option on menu!) Date of review: September 27, 2005

In short: This was the first Shifnal half. The race description was accurate, it was hilly and definately multi-terrain; about a third was cross country and included a couple of styles. Miss out the styles and next years race will be better Date of review: August 24, 2004
