In short: I found the course quite hard, but a good race
In full: Very Well organised and marshalled. Nice medal. The mix of road and trail was quite challenging, weather was hot then wet, so overall was a good challenge.

In short: An enjoyable day out
In full: Plenty of water staions, which is great considering how hot it usually is.

Finish was nice and the medal / and fruit, water at the end was great.

Well done Idsall School for organizing another great run.

In short: Great race, well organised with race marshalls at right points and water every 2 miles.
In full: Reading previous reviews, this was clearly planned with a hot day in mind, but conditions were much better on day (grey and overcast, occasional drizzle). Really enjoyed the course mix of tracks, paths and minor roads. Will definately be back in 2009.

In short: Good event
In full: A very well organised event with loads of marshalls at all the right places and water stations every 2 miles which I thought was brilliant even though it wasnt too hot today. Probably not a pb course for people who do several half marathons as its a little undulating but nothing too severe, varying terrain as well during the run made this a really great half marathon that ran like clockwork and I hope to be back next year.
