In short: A brilliant race, as always!
In full: Great route, even with the hills! Good atmosphere and brilliant marshalling. Well done.

In short: A good day out with a great atmosphere
In full: A good value race £10 unaffiliated, very well marshalled by the Orpington Road Runners. It's a mainly off road race with some undulating terrain.
I'll give it another go next year.

In short: hilly, off road, well organised.
In full: my own performance was a shocker - but can't blame that on the race. Nice course, plenty of off-road sections. Hilly in places so probably not a PB course.

Well organised race, good facilities in the school (showers, etc). The junior 2k events make this very family friendly and the good weather helps!

In short: Definitely challenging with the heat and hills but recommended!
In full: This is definitely not a PB course so the best thing to do is accept that from the start and enjoy the challenge! This was my 5th 10k and my worst time, but given the very hot temperatures and the hills I still felt that I'd achieved something.

Nice to do an off road and scenic route and the marshalls were very encouraging. The atmosphere was very good and the race was well organised. No queues for toilets and a nice medal at the end.

In short: Hot, hilly, nice race officials, not so nice car drivers!
In full: Ok, so I was optimistic thinking I might get a pb here - third ever 10k and not sure how undulating it would be... Really nice support crew, especially welcome at the water stations. Some of the drivers were getting a bit shirty where runners had to cross roads though. Overall great fun - a real test of semi-beginner fitness.Yes, I'll be back next year (adfter more hill training!
