In short: Reasonable race with serious shortcomings
In full: This was a passable enough race. Average course, good friendly crowd and organisation. But, and it is a key BUT, any organiser who stages a 13.1 miler in mid-summer in 80 degree temperatures and can't organise water at water stops is never going to get a race entry from me again. The scene at the (dry) 10 mile water stop was farcical, not to mention dangerous.

In short: An OK course but dull in the ;atter stages.
In full: Friendly organisation but a few problems with car parking / water stations. Mildly undulating pleasant course except miles 8-12, very dull along 2 main roads - the latter stretch is dead straight and seems never ending. Good crowds and ice lollies at the finish.

In short: Very hot, which meant the poorly organized drinks stations could have been disastrous. However, a scenic course, a bit undulating but got a pb!

In short: Very hot day and not all the drink stations were working properly. The course was mostly country lanes with only a bit on busy roads. Free sports drink and ice cream at the end made the hike back to the car ok
