In short: Finally got around to reviewing this!
In full: My first HM left an excellent impression- a fast course, well organised and the quality of the time tracking meant that online followers knew my time as soon as I did! Pleasant atmosphere and a friendly pack; already entered for 2009.

In short: Near perfect half marathon,
In full: Isn't it refreshing that the organisers not only listened to last year's complaints about congested baggage area, too few toilets, bottleneck in the castle, but actually did something about it! Result, despite not being able to access the bay barrier, was a near pefect half marathon.
Added bonus was a very good goody bag, which contained a drink, a granola bar and some deodorant. What more could you ask for? Nice touch was receiving a text message on my mobile shortly after completion, with my chip time and congratulating me on finishing.
Well congratultions to the organisers too!

In short: fast course, flat. as PB'able as they come.
In full: Ran the full mara in 2006 and glad to say the organisers have but lots right, thank you. Ran sub 74mins, great relaxed start and got to the front at the start. Lots of twists, but a good course only downside was the grasscrete in the park at mile 11, ouch, and also iso drinks in the goody bag, and given away at the finish, could this have been given out on the course? Where needed, still a great day. As an ex-pat, Cardiff made me proud, thank you all involved :)
