In short: Fantasic trail race through uplifting countryside.
In full: Excellent and well organised run. Closer to 10 miles than the advertised 15K but I really enjoyed it so not bothered. Nice t-shirt as a memento as well. Challenging hills but combined with nice flats or downhills to compensate.

In short: Great race, hard work going up rewarded by a long fast descent
In full: Described as 'a challenging trail run', it was certainly that in the climb up to the Bridgewater monument. Excellent organization & great value

In short: Hilly and challenging but very scenic
In full: Fantastic race and brilliantly marshalled. made the mistake of wearing off roaders and suffered on the roads and farm tracks as a result. Forced myself to have a brief stop on the ridgeway to take in the scenes - and make sure I was not too far at the back. Thoroughly enjoyable way to start a sunday!

In short: My favourite local race. Brilliant !!!!
In full: This race just gets better and better. I`ve run it 8 times now. The marshalls were great and I was extremely impressed with their traffic directing skills and road sense when implementing road closures. Great food at the clubhouse after and a fab T shirt to all finishers. DO this race !!!

In short: Fantastic organisation and stunning scenery
In full: My favourite race of the year. Varied but always scenic route partially through forest, partially over open fields and downs. The marshalling is exceptional. A really first class race. Thanks to the organisers!

In short: My favourite race
In full: It really is a top race this. It's a great course with plenty of challenges and the scenery is fantastic. The organisation and marshalling are second to none and the race attracts runners of all ages and speed so everyone would feel welcome here. 10/10/10 10:10 t shirt is great too and a nice fit!

In short: Quite tough as usual, but another great race from Tring RC
In full: Always very well organised and a highlight of the running year for me. The lovely views were a bit hidden by mist today, but very nice sitting in the warm sun afterwards with a bacon roll in my nice new 10/10/10 10:10 T shirt!

Only slight downer - went to Pitstone Hill for a picnic after and was horrified by the number of empty gel packets(now in my bin!). If you can carry them in full, you can carry them out empty!!!! Should be DQd if caught I reckon. There's no need for it anywhere, but especially not on this route!
