In short: First time i've done this race. Well organised by Hugh Bingham and his Tynedale Harriers team.
In full: Nice undulating course on which i got a PB by 1m 45sec even though running into a headwind all the way and it was very warm. Well organised and marshalled by Tynedale Harriers.Well worth doing thias race and i will be again.

In short: coming well last, the encouragement from the rear marshall was fantastic
In full: First ever running event - I wasn't put off running an event ever again despite being last, and expecting a 10k! - got lots of encouragement.Needed more water stops.

In short: Was really impressed with getting a sandwich, cup of tea and jelly at end instead of goodie bag. Lot of uphills in first five miles!
