In short: Pretty race but could do better on signage for parking.
In full: We arrived in plenty of time to the location but poor map and signage meant that i spent the next 30mins driving around the common trying to find the school. Once we found the school, there was no signs for parking and so had to park on a local road. When i returned to the car, i had received a parking ticket off the local bobby! Bah Humbug!

In short: A must try
In full: Very well organized race by Burnham Joggers. Traffic free, tree shaded undulating run. 2 laps strangely felt like a continuous course. Challenging hill close for those short on long run practice - me. Great medal, great Sunday run and a "work rest and play treat" at the line. Already on next years diary

In short: My first race at this distance and a time just under two hours. Hillier than expected but managed to keep running. Excellent organisation including very good marshalling. Overall highly recommended.
In full: Thanks to all in the Burnham Joggers for my most enjoyable race to date. Efficiently organised with encouraging marshalls. The medal is one of the best and the mars bar was consumed in 20 seconds. This was my first race at this distance and I would recommend it to first-timers but it is an undulating course and there's the risk of running the first lap a little too fast. Do a flatter course the next time and a PB should be on the cards! I'll be back next year.
