In short: This is the first time I have done this race and it's a definate for next year!!
In full: Not too sure what the whingers on the last 4 posted comments were talking about. The race was what you made of it. If you're only doing the race for the goody bag and medal at the end maybe you're in the wrong sport. Do you really need a present at the end to know you've run a race and as for moaning about there only being water and biscuits - give me strenth - grow up. As for the organisation maybe the whingers would like to put on a race instead of pulling it apart, it's not all fun and games, there is a lot of planning in putting on a big event, lots of people give up their Sunday to give you a race and with 415 finishers I think it was a big enough event. I hope you're pleased with yourselves for being so mean. I can't help feeling that you're into running and racing for all the wrong reasons. Try another sport if you only do it for the goody bad and medal - how sad can you get!! I for one will be there next year as will a lot of other people I know. Keep up the good work Telford and ignore the minority - their just not woorth it.

In short: Two lap out and back route made led to two way traffic which made overtaking hard. Leaders had a nice marshall to clear the path for them but slower runners got snarled up behind each other.

In short: poor organisation especially at start, no goody bag, just a crappy little medal, a cupof water and a biscuit
