In full: First class organisation by Dave Mansbridge and the Telford team. Friendly organised and no nonsense. Costs down and non of the fluff associated with more expensive 10ks (No More t- shirts!)Obviously a class field but P.B potential for all and thats the challenge for every runner. Knowle and Dorridge contingent will make this a regular event. Best 10k of the year by far.

In short: For £6it was an absolute bargain - definate PB potential
In full: Not the best course - and a few too many runners for a very narrow out and back route, it became difficult to overtake up and down the old railway track. Having said that....for £6 entry fee, with a medal at the end it was a very fast course, nice and flat as long as you can get a good start in the masses race. Definately one for next year to go for another pb

In short: TOO CONGESTED - TOO MANY RUNNERS
In full: Bargain price, but the course isnt really suitable for 700+ runners, you have to walk/jog the first couple of minutes.
