In short: Very well-organised and popular race In full: Well marshalled. Traffic kept under control! Welcoming finish at rugby club. Excellent introduction to 10K running despite one steepish hill Date of review: May 24, 2006

In short: A race for the far-sighted runner (not only in terms of having to apply early). Long straight stretches mean you can get into & maintain a decent rhythm. Obviously a popular run well worth attending for the sense of occasion & assessing progress. Date of review: May 16, 2006

In short: Probably the best 10K in the South West In full: Being on a Saturday evening, with the finish & prizegiving at the local rugby club, makes the atmosphere surrounding this event that bit special. Now, if only they could flatten out that hill just a little bit... Date of review: May 15, 2006
