In short: A friendly, well-organised race - and faster than I expected
In full: I'd heard about the hill at 7k and while it did pose a challenge the course overall was pretty quick - definite pb potential here. Organisation was very good, very friendly marshals and a very scenic route. If the sun had come out it would have been perfect - I'll definitely be back next year.

In short: Good organisation, very friendly, disappointing memento.
In full: A great race (but no pb for me). Good organisation except for the car trying to join the start. T-shirts not a good option for memento as one size does not fit all. Engraved whisky glass or medal much preferred.

In short: Brilliant race, good course and well organised. But please, no more T-shirts, bring back the medal. Used T-shirt to wipe mud off trainers and then straight in the bin.

In short: Great for beginners and vets alike, PB is definitely possible here.
In full: This is the run I cut my teeth on a few years back, when I got into running the first time (lol).

The organisation still seems pretty smooth, (apart from a bit of a dodgy start this year!!)lots of speaker announcements etc., and a Season's PB for me made it a great day (44:41).

Well done A&D Organisers, see you all next year.
