In short: Very tough, beautiful views. And being held up by walkers at the front was a great excuse for a quick breather. Well organised, would love to do it again next year.u

In short: Challenging, but exhilarating. Had a great time.
In full: Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the race. It took me quite a while to complete it - just under two hours. I did one on the Hungarian plain which took me an hour and forty-eight minutes, but that didn't have all the steep bits I encountered on this one. But I finished the race feeling a fantastic sense of achievement. One little criticsim: I felt at one point the way-marking was a little unclear - several of us took a wrong turn because of ambiguous signposting. Otherwise, I had a great time and am keen to take part in it again. Maybe the 30K run next time - I hope. Just one thing - would it be possible for us to get T-shirts instead of medals next year? I liked the medal I got, but I'm more into T-shirts. Anyway - I'll be back.

In short: I had great fun doing the marathon although the last three miles were very gruelling (my lack of fitness). Excellent sign posted and the cake and pudding were great.t.

In short: Friendly race, Nice Scenery, no distance markers, bery nice marathon
In full: Got lost once near the end, I was looking at the people at the pub and dreaming, thus missed a sign. Otherwise 42K was well signed. My first Marathon and I ran alone

In short: Stunning scenery, a great day out
In full: Did the 30k, and really enjoyed the scenery. The only problem area was the lack of signage from the racecourse to the finish, and a few marshalls in the town would have been good. Apart from that it was a great day and will definately be back.
