In short: Good testing 7 miler
In full: Took it on as not done a 7 miler before plus it was local. Good testing course and well organised. Would do it again.

In short: gets hillier and harder every year - and seemingly hotter. Or is that impending old age? Well worth doing especially as it's a rare Saturday event
