In short: Great race - well done!
In full: Hills just as I remembered and a good test. Good support and a cheer for every runner at the end. Then a look round the fair and even a ball in the evening - so a great day all round!

In short: Hills not quite as bad as we were expecting!
In full: Rolling hills through miles 2 to 4 or so, but the last part relatively flat. Part of a summer fete so plenty to do for everyone before and after and plenty of "recovery" treats available! Marshalls excellent, very smoothly organised and encouraging. Throw in a Spitfire flypast too and a very pleasant afternoon indeed!

In short: Rollercoaster Hills
In full: Not that hot this year thankfully. Hills are still a killer and tried to go as fast as possible down the other sides. Encouragement on way round from marshalls and public was great. One downer was water at the finish from a garden hose! and I now have a dodgy tummy :o(
but I will do again :o)
