In short: Everyone must do the London Marathon at lease once! In full: I never thought such an experience possible. The atmosphere, the spectators, the emotion, the camradery and the spirit is like none other i've experienced anywhere on such a large scale. It truely is something very very special.
Even if you can't run a mile sign up today. The London Marathon is a priviledge to run.

In short: Greatest day of my life! In full: The Flora London Marathon 2002 is an experience I'll take with me to my grave-it was so WONDERFUL!!!! The strangest thing was, when I was limbering up and waiting to start, I didn't feel the tiniest bit nervous-AT ALL!!!!! I was relaxed and just couldn't wait! I was just in a run for fun attitude-didn't set myself any goal other than to finish and enjoy myself! Well, I finished, and as for the other half of my goal, I think you could say I enjoyed myself-in fact I ran around the course with a stupid grin on my face all the way! No bad bits, no mental dips, no soreness-just a perfectly relaxed happy run! Crowd support was MAGNIFICENT, and until the day God calls me, I will NEVER forget crossing the finish line-cried like a baby, that is until 5 yards after the tape, my husband came sprinting out to greet me, and THREW his arms round me! A MEMORABLE day! Date of review: December 13, 2004
