In short: Special event.
In full: My first ever race, having only run 5k runs in the gym before now, and getting used to a RW training schedule! The last six miles were really tough, as I'd hit the wall by then. Still, managed to run all the way, with a time of 4:59:25. Brilliant organisation and atmosphere, everything is in place for both new and experienced runners alike. Far exceeded my charity target too. Next year? Ask me again when I have recovered!!

In short: It's fantastic to be part of a 'world' event - millions watching, thousands taking part.. The crowd is deafening.

In short: Once again the crowds were great and kept me going to the end. Definitely needs to be done again - but not for a year at least!
