In short: Whiles not the fastest race you're going to run in your life, add say 2 minutes onto your pb it fits in very nicely with a xc season, good testing hills at both 5k and 7k the latter heading right up tot he finish.

In short: Great race with lots of hills.
In full: Great weather with a good mix of hills (not many flat bits!). Thanks to all the marshalls who stood out in the cold and cheering everybody on.

In short: A nice run that puts your training to the test
In full: A rural road run with plenty of space after the somewhat compressed start and no bottlenecks. A good mix of downhill - uphill. You will need to have done some hill work prior to this run as this 1 lap course will test your training.

In short: Beautiful scenery and friendly organisation
In full: Despite ice on the roads and a couple of killer hills this was a really enjoyable run, through lovely countryside. Good organisation although could do with a few more toilets available at the start as this delayed the race.

In short: Great race, great weather
In full: This was a great race. Weather was perfect for running (except for a little bit of ice to challenge you) and the course is a real test in terms of a long downhill followed, inevitably, by a long uphill. Organisation is excellent and everyone is really friendly. Definitely one to add to the regular run calendar.

In short: Great Race
In full: I was a bit worried about the 5k down then 5k up but the hills weren't that bad. Loved the atmosphere and the scenery was great for taking your mind off the worst of the hills. The event was well organised.

In short: Beautiful, fresh and blue sky!
In full: Friendly, very well organised with a nice hilly bit at the end. Glorious morning made this an especially enjoyable event. Rain or shine will definitely enter again. Thank you Goring & Woodcote Lions! :)
